Situated at Saint-Sauveur-en-Rue, in the mountainous sector
of Pilat, the farm Roux-Ballandraux breeds its pigs with
the traditional farming method of Pilat… Pigs food
is made directly in the farm, to guarantee the authenticity
and seriousness.
The farm proposes dry sausages, rosettes and terrines, made
also directly in the farm. They do not contain neither
colorant nor conservatives.
We chose for you the products the most adapted to be sold
by correspondence: terrines sold in glass jar and sterilised,
of 330g, four different tastes possible.
Four tastes: chestnut, boletus (mushroom), plume, apple.

You can also, to make original gifts, choose the packet of four
varieties (four jars of 110g each).
We can also sell dry sausages, dried in mountain (high altitude
of Saint-Sauveur-en-Rue is perfect to obtain a quality product),
sold by unit of about 300g.
