| Odile Gaillard and Michel Cartal's exploitation, which is located in the commune of Jonzieux, is a farm that produces guarantied Biological products. Odile and Michel are very respectful fruit growers and they strongly defend the authentic products. Indeed, they only sell traditional products. It is better than jam because the fruit percentage in it is exceptional: 75g of fruit and 25g of red cane sugar (The usual percentage is 50/50).
| | A very tasty product with an unrivalled flavour. The scent is strong without the taste being corrupted by a too strong concentration of sugar : this product isn't that stodgy!
We have selected the following flavours: Bilberry / raspberry; mulberry; redcurrant/ mint (it is a startling mixture which has already seduced a famous cook in Paris...); woodland fruits.
Interesting proposition : An assortment of four pots (220g each) put in a rattan bas.
