Clause 1 : general conditions
Those present general conditions of selling are always presented to any customer at the moment to order, what means then his/her complete agreement to those conditions, excluding any other.

Clause 2 : Order
All information given by the internet customer when ordering make him committing himself: in case of a mistake in address or any other coordinate of the buyer, the seller cannot be said to be responsible in case of an impossibility of delivering the order. The orders are considered as definitive only when the payment has been made by the buyer. Any modification of the order cannot be taken into account after acceptation of the order by validation by the buyer. The offers of products are valid in limit of available stocks. In case of end of stock, the seller informs the customer, but can still deliver a product of same characteristics and quality.

Clause 3 : Delivering
The deliver is made in four working days in metropolitan territory, except in case of circumstances outside control (strike, fire, riot, accidents or impossibility to be supplied). For Europe, delay can be extended up to 8 days. Exceeding of delay cannot give one the right to ask for .
